I had a gray water line that rotted out and flooded the basement. Since it had some sewage in it the whole basement needed to be disinfected. Anderson Contracting came in and removed the wet carpet some floor molding and floor tiles then disinfected the basement so we wouldn’t have mold. They were very professional and did all the work, including removal of damaged items, moving and storage of personal items until the work was complete and returning the items back to the basement all in a reasonable time frame. Also, their staff are really nice people. It was a pleasure having them do the work

My wife discovered significant water damage in our foyer. The ceiling, both inside the house and outside the front door, was soaked and in a few places water was still dripping. Inside the house, the floor and several walls were soaked. Although it was Sunday we called Anderson contracting. Francis, our project manager was very efficient in handling our insurance claim and persistent in follow-up and routinely provided status updates to us. He made a stressful situation less stressful. In 2016 our building was flooded as a result of a pipe that froze and burst. Anderson Contracting brought in a professional crew immediately to drain the premises, remove all the moisture damage, and then rebuilt our office better than before.

Anderson Contracting is a professional and trustworthy company. I had a leak in my ceiling and ended up having to remove the sheetrock. They stressed the importance of allowing the ceiling to dry before repairing. They were timely, and looked out for my best interest to not have further issues.
