Brothers Paving-Concrete
Coordinating the paving of a gated community, with 35 miles of roads, is no small task but Brothers Paving & Concrete Corporation has made the project seem effortless. The crew has been very polite and understanding of residents' concerns, the project manager has always been excellent in visiting the community, planning the project and communicating with association management in every aspect, and the owner is always available personally to address any needs or concerns.

We have used Brothers Paving the last few years, enjoying exceptional quality service, and look forward to a continued successful relationship in the years to come.I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Boyce and Antonio this week. We had our entire property repaved - the project went very well (and looks great).

Shawn and Antonio were easy to work with - professional and accommodating. During the course of the week, the work started on time and finished each day as projected. Everyone that I made contact with from Brothers was polite.

Brothers Paving & Concrete Company is the premier asphalt & concrete provider of the United States of America. Our vision is to build better communities by investing in and partnering with people as we deliver professional and precision work. We treat people like people. We invest in, listen to, seek to understand and empower individuals, both on our team and with those we work together with.
Your pavement may not be the flashiest part of your community or property - but when it's looking good, the rest looks a whole lot better. Whether your asphalt pavement is tired and weathered or in need of a complete overhaul, Brothers Paving & Concrete can steer you in the direction of the exact fix you need.
Damaged or deteriorated pavement affects the value of your neighborhood and may send the wrong message to potential clients about your business and how well you maintain properties. Brothers offers a wide range of asphalt repair services-including pothole and speed bump repairs, full depth repairs, repaving and correcting drainage problems.
Not only will a fresh, new layer of asphalt increase your curb appeal, but it'll also increase its functionality - with better water runoff and improved drainage. Brothers Paving & Concrete can mill down through part or all of the existing asphalt to correct and restore the surface, while also maintaining and repairing existing curbs and gutters.
Your asphalt surfaces are exposed to traffic, automotive, fluid leaks, hot sun/freezing conditions, road salts and more. That's why it's important to seal coat or rejuvenate. At Brothers Paving & Concrete, we understand that ongoing maintenance for your asphalt surface is the most cost-effective route to take in the long run.

I have about had it with this company. As I was leaving for my run I noticed a massive commercial truck belonging to this company parked right outside our driveway. The truck was so big that getting out of our driveway was rather difficult and extremely inconvenient. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I approached the drivers side and knocked hoping they would move so I can continue my day but there was no one in the truck. I'm having a difficult time understanding why a massive commercial vehicle is being left on the street with its lights still on. I waited about 45

I received a quote from this company to widen my driveway. I agreed to the amount and they came out the next day to complete the project. However, later that night I turned on my driveway lights and realized one of them no longer worked. The company hit an underground wire and broke my light. Their attitude and communication changed once I reported this issue to them. It has since been 9 weeks and my driveway light is still broken.

Brothers Paving broke my irrigation system while repairing sidewalks in my subdivision. They were rude on the phone, would not allow me to speak to the owner and refused to take responsibility for this act. My recommendation do not use them! Horrible staff, horrible customer service. There are plenty of reputable companies in the area, this is not one.

My HOA has Brothers repave our road, which was severely alligatored. They broke up the old surface and hauled it away. Then they repaved the road. They sealed the existing driveways where they met the road. The street looks great! Their price was the best we got. We are all very pleased. They guarantee their work too.

Move on to your next bid! I recently worked with them to expand our driveway. They raised their price by 25% from my original quote. I live in a very strict HOA run community so it took me months to get my job approved. I did still go with them vs another company due the the fact that i didnt want do to another HOA submittal. A friend warned me against them as I was close to the third start date bc they were iffy on when they could come. When they did they were unprepared bc of not planning for miss utilities to come and mark power lines. Pushed back another couple weeks. It was so annoying and

These guys rock every single job they do. Paving, concrete and specialty jobs have all been performed flawlessly.

Our subdivision selected these guys to pave our neighborhood and allowed individual homeowners to get their driveways done. The initial work was so poorly done that asphalt was breaking off in sections immediately (lesson learned - don't allow them to pave in heavy rain). They came back to redo the work which was better but still had several areas where it wasn't packed in and cracking. With almost a year of back and forth, our HOA gave up since they never came back to fix it. Time to report to BBB.

I recently had Brothers Paving tear out some extremely old (1962) curved brick steps and a concrete landing in front of my home, and replace with new concrete steps. This involved jack hammering out the old and then forming/pouring new steps. They arrived when they said they would, worked consistently, and did a beautiful job. The old design was very awkward and difficult to walk down (broken bricks, narrow steps, unsafe), the new is just beautiful, and everyone says it changed the look of our home entirely. I'm very happy. I did not go with them because they would have been the cheapest,
