We may be many things, but one thing we're definitely not is new to the maid service business! Our management team has almost 50 years of combined cleaning service experience, and is especially dedicated to proving exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Sonia's passions are cooking, keeping a cozy home, traveling and saving the world one animal at a time!
Manic Maids recognizes that many people are quite busy. As such, it is common for us to complete our services when you are not home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your building, be it a key or other security access. A. Manic Maids will estimate the number of labor hours required based on the size of your building and the tasks you have requested.

Absolutely fantastic! Yolanda did a wonderful job on my apartment. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and have not been able to do anything in the way of cleaning for quite some time now. Yolanda came in and had my place sparkling in a short while. Great job, and extremely great prices. I will definitely use Manic Maids again.

Manuc Maids is amazing! I broke my shoulder this summer and had hired Manuc Maids to help me keep my beautiful new apartment clean . I can honestly say that their attention to detail and even the smell of cleanliness aided in my healing. I knew immediately I would have them come in a regular basis ! Shining wood floors! Sink fixtures so clean I can use them as a mirror! Do yourself a favor! Hire Manic Maids and it will upgrade your quality of life!

We were moving into a new apartment that wasn’t as clean as you’d hope it would be. Filthy bathroom, dirty windows, vents, drawers, etc. called up manic maids and they were able to get me someone within 2 days who made our new apartment feel so fresh and clean to move into. We will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality services!

This was my first time using the manic maid service. I loved how they helped me through text message, it was very convenient! Chris, the employee who was helping me through text, was very attentive on how the process works and how the payment is handled afterwards. I also really appreciated that they checked in and asked how the place looked and if everything was good. Guadalupe spent about 3 hours at our 1 bedroom apartment really detailing the entire house. My boyfriend thought she replaced the drain because it was so clear he didn't possibly think it was the same one! We are extremely pleased

A few months ago, my longtime cleaning lady (10 years) retired and moved back to her home country. Realizing it would be challenging to find someone who could be as thorough as she was, I figured I would try a couple of companies with high yelp/google ratings. The first two I tried (which were highly rated) were terrible. I used Manic maids for the first time and they were FANTASTIC... While the hourly fee is high and you have tp provide the cleaners with all the supplies, its worth every penny. Communication, promptness, quality.... 5 stars all around.

I've been using Manic Maids for almost 5 years and I love the service. I have a standing appointment scheduled for every 4 weeks but they are always accommodating if I need to change a time or date.
The service is great- I have two small children and the house can get pretty messy in between cleanings. But, every time when I come home from work after the Manic Maids have been there, the house looks great! Thank you Manic Maids for helping to keep our hectic lives in order!

I have been using Manic Maids for about the last 5 years. They are very flexible and accommodate the client's needs - whether an occasional cleaning before or after a move or regular, scheduled cleanings. I have grown with Manic Maids from apartment living to a single family home and the same cleaner every 3 weeks and it's been a smooth relationship. There is always a reminder call or text the day before cleanings, which is very helpful.

We used Manic Maids for several years with different properties. You supply the supplies which I prefer. They have come bi-weekly to our home and we have had the same woman for almost 2 years! Any issues we have had over the 8+ years the office is always quick to respond and fix. And we always get a reminder phone call the day before, which is helpful.

We used Manic Maids to clean the common areas in our condo building. It consisted of vacuuming, wiping down windows and changing light bulbs. They would consistently have to be reminded to change the light bulbs and left dust and cobwebs in the corners. After multiple emails requesting that they do a more through cleaning we cancelled our service with them.

Used Manic Maids with my boyfriend for about 9 months. There were continuous mix ups about when the maid was going to come or not. She also spoke almost no English, which was not that big of a deal. We asked for someone to come in 2 times per week but was told that was not possible, they can only do mon tues or wed. After much going back and forth we started having someone come on Sat morning. Maid could only come from 9am, so every Sat we woke up to have the cleaning done. We set no time limit, just asked for your 1 br apt to be cleaned

I look forward to having my place cleaned all month. After the cleaning, I'm always amazed at the quality. Everything is spotless, even the stove top and surfaces are free of all specs and dirt. She makes my bed nicer than I do. The owner Sonia is a good person and I have every reason to believe she treats her employees well, which is always important when considering domestic services. And Marisol is awesome!

I typically only have basic cleaning done; floors swept, mopped, trash thrown out, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, etc.

My regular guy has been out of work for 2 months due to back problems. I tried to clean myself and after 2 months of living in dust decided to give Manic Maids another call.
They sent Elisa back for the same rate of $22/hr and she got right to work. Being the undomesticated person I am I have to admit I don't really know a good cleaner from a bad one. However, my mom does seem to know a good one from a bad one and she oooh'd and aaahhh'd over the job Elisa did. So apparently Manic Maids and Elisa is a good find!!
