R&L just saved me hundreds of $. My drains started backing up late this afternoon. Had a plumber out and he couldn't locate the issue and he was pretty sure the tank needed pumped. I called R&L about 6 pm and Jeff answered. He offered to come out that night and do the job but he suggested that I locate and dig up the septic tank inlet to check for obvious clogs and to make sure it was actually full. He took the time to explain exactly how to do that because I had no clue. Long story short, it was not full and there is obviously a clog somewhere in the drain line so pumping it would not solve the

Jeff has served our family so well for last 4 years during our time in Springfield. He has helped us make necessary improvements to our set up and was extremely fair and gave us a great value for the price paid for the work done.

Very few places answer the phne when you call the first time, they answered. He was very polite and and just nice all the way around. Very good price and did the job quickly, I actually felt bad though because we weren't 100% for sure where the lid was so he did more digging then i thought there was going to be im very sorry for that. After he was finished he came and spoke with and we actually ended up having a good size tree root in the way, once again I'm sorry. In the end though he told us what we could do to prevent the issue in the future. I was very thankful for that and I will be calling

Excellent service! I called this morning to have my septic tank pumped out and they actually got it done today. Very professional and friendly. He was patient with all my questions (there were a lot of them) as this is the first home I've ever lived in with a septic system. Will definitely be calling for any further septic system needs.

Excellent service! Not only did he answer the phone when I called, but he came out pumped my septic tank out and then had even taken out time to look at my drain pipes to tell me how to go about fixing my problem without charging me any extra to look at them or to give me the advice. I would recommend to anyone. Fair prices and honest to you about everything. Will definitely be using in the future. Also, this was on the Friday before Memorial Day when no one else would answer their phone or call me back.
