Septic alarm went off and was recommended to call Smith Septic. The initial over-the-phone conversation seemed to point to a failed sump pump but after investigating they found that the pump was fine and it was the wiring between the pump and the alarm that wasn’t correctly installed. They corrected the problem and everything is running great again.
I value the honesty of the technician in not trying to sell me a new pump I didn’t actually need. I highly recommend them and will always use Smith Septic for all future septic needs.

When we called Smiths, we really thought we had a very major problem with our system. They were very reassuring about taking care of it and getting it running good again.
