It's been a couple months since the work was done as I hadn't managed to sit down and publish a review. These guys were amazing! My home was previously inhabited by someone that could probably be classified as a hoarder (never cleaned & had 8+ cats). The house itself has been a huge project. We got the central air working early summer and I'd fallen ill, so bad that I couldn't move and needed help just to drink water. After discussing with my dad, the possibility of something(s) in the vents were now making their way into my lungs and may have been the cause for my illness. I was really embarrassed

Our technician was very nice, but he showed up without a mask and I had to ask him to go put a mask on to go through our house. He told me of all the people in their office that had covid and my children, who are under the age of 12 and not vaccinated were in the house. So that presented a problem.

The guys from Compliance Matters Mechanical came to do an inspection on our new AC/Heating unit. The communication was great, including arrival time, completion time, and an explanation of everything they would be doing. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and respectful of my home. They did wear masks and covers for their shoes. I sure appreciate this type of professionalism! Thank you so much!
