I have been working with Miller Fire Protection for my 20 years with Caruso Homes. Miller Fire Protection is one the best contractors I have ever worked with. They make my job very easy when comes to scheduling houses that are always on a very tight schedule. The guys always leave the houses clean when the leave and never fail an inspection.
There service is also top notch. All I do is call into the office and they never question my call and someone comes out right away to take care of any issues that might occur during the construction of the house. There are very professional and very friendly when I come into the houses to check on them.
I wish all my contractors could be like them. Mark Five Construction is pleased to have as part of our team, Miller Fire Protection. This is a company that has provided top quality fire protection work in both the reconstruction and new construction environment. Miller Fire Protection is competent and detailed in their bid, project management, and production of each project.

Services
Smoke alarms are excellent at detecting smoke and alerting homeowners, and they should be installed in every home. However, only a fire sprinkler system can control or extinguish a fire. Only the sprinkler closest to the fire will activate, spraying water directly on the fire and the area that the sprinkler has been designed to protect.
Do not paint sprinkler heads or covers. When painting, protect sprinklers with a bag, which should be removed immediately after painting is finished. Do not Hit, cover (except when painting), obstruct, or hang any object from sprinkler heads. Do not expose any sprinkler head to heat in an attempt to test it.

Miller installed that fire sprinkler system in my house. To date I have 5 sprinkler heads that developed a leak because of improper installation. They only provide a 1 year warranty for a system that should need no maintenance and have no issues if installed properly. Once out of warranty won’t do anything to help you out. I’ll give be then credit that they will refer you to another company to get it fixed.
