Their employee stole my skateboard out of the capital bikeshare warehouse on 12/16/21 while they were working. I want it back. My manager told me he even saw one of you riding it around the warehouse. If you want to remedy this situation I’d be more than happy to remove this review. I just want back my property that was stolen. Btw we have cameras all over the warehouse too. Pictured below is the grip tape on the stolen skateboard.

I would not recommend working with these folks if you have any emergency. Our house flooded and I was disappointed by Rob’s poor bedside manner as he refused to work with us. Their services are not covered by insurance. Find someone who cares to serve in your greatest time of need and it will not be these people. Wanted to support a local business and I’m very disappointed by the customer service here.

I had a bad experience with a former employee. Livingston Fire has replaced the guy who needed to be canned. I dealt with his replacement, Peter Cullipher, who treated me fairly and was able to rectify my problem. I will be giving them the benefit of the doubt going forward, and as long as Peter is there, I expect to get good service and reasonable pricing on my sprinkler and alarm requirements. My alarm has been working fine for several months now.

Livingston installed the sprinkler system in our townhouse. One of pipes recently developed a slow leak. A plumber recommended that I call the sprinkler company because they should have the pipe in stock and should be able to do the work for less money. I called Livingston last week. Once they realized I was in a residential unit they were evasive and dismissive. First they suggested I call a plumber. Already did, I said. Then they suggested I call the townhome builder. No longer under warranty, I said. Finally they agreed to come look at it. They never showed and never called on the

If you are looking for customer service, a pleasant person to answer your call, and just a friendly attitude - Don't use Livingston. It's almost uncanny how every time I have to call this place (and i dread it now) - they are so consistently rude, short and have this attitude like they are annoyed they have to talk to you.
