I had seen Turnkey in my neighborhood and called for an estimate. They were quick and prompt. They replaced my roof quickly, efficiently and worked cleanly! When they were done they made as sure as they could that there were no nails or pieces of tin that cut damage anyones tires and cleaned all the debris from the old roof out of the yard. I was so pleased with their work and how helpful the office staff was. I recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof.

The crews they bring out are negligent, they’ll turn your neighborhood into a minefield and when you find nails in your tires and in your foot they’re the first to say it wasn’t me, all though they’re the only people who could’ve used the nails or removed the old ones, they use a magnet but literally that isn’t enough you’ll be picking them up months after the work was completed, be prepared to spend money on medical bills and new tires when they roll in, they don’t care about you or your damages they created they only care about the money you give them. I made a great choice using Turnkey Roofing and recommend them highly. The salesman, Hal, was great to help me get the project started and Joe did a wonderful job overseeing and following up to be sure it was a quality install. The installers were quick, professional and neat. They did a complete cleanup at the end. The roof looks great! I appreciated the openness and responsiveness of the whole process, and the price was fair too! Good job, Turnkey!!!

They are currently re-roofing the community in which I live in Condominiums. I received nice nail in my tire to which they replaced my tire. Many residents had Nails in their feet. They do not clean up well. My husband has gone behind them after they were instructed to clean up with the magnet after the day is over and we've picked up with our magnet quart-size bag full & more of roofing nails in yards and the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND***BEWARE***
