I just want to start off by saying that Jonathan and Joe are awesome! I was having an issue with my tenant’s furnace so I contacted Rescue Force after seeing all their great reviews. The customer service rep I spoke with was so helpful and kind, and she was able to get me an appointment on the same day. She really gave me a great first impression of the company.
Once the technicians, Jonathan and Joe, got to my place, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and came up with a solution that had the furnace up and running in no time. Not only did these guys take care of my heating problem

I called for service and was scheduled for 2 days out. Joe actually called to see if he could come a day earlier because he was available earlier than he thought. That right there is amazing. Most people would just “call it a day “ and not look to assist another person in need in the late afternoon. Needless to say I was thrilled to have him come a day early.

Do not use Rescue Force Heating and Air. They offer you a discount but then don't follow through. Doug is dishonest and overcharges his customers. The customer service at his company never call you back or respond to calls about a discount promised. This company is very disreputable. My husband was offered a discount if we enrolled in a service contract however nobody ever sent us a discount. This company is a scam. I tried speaking with the office with Heather, Sarah, Samantha, Andrew and Ben and nobody would give me a last name or could help. They continued to inform me that a discount

I would give 5 stars if it were just in reference to the awesome repair man Joseph Couto and the phone operators. All were amazing.
Joe was professional, respectful, polite, charming and informative. He helped me understand a number of things about our AC having moved in recently. I would do business with Joe 100x again. In fact I signed up for yearly maintenance because he was such a class act.
Here’s the confusing part and why I gave 4 of 5 stars. I recently moved into the home and our upstairs AC is so bad we need it replaced, including a furnace. I spoke with Joe about it in detail, but

Would definitely recommend the rescue force to anyone in need of AC service! Our AC was down during a heatwave and as new home owners with a baby on the way, we did not know what to do. They were very kind and able to fit us in promptly. Our tech Doug Was very efficient, knowledgeable and on time. We are beyond grateful! Will certainly use this company for all our future needs.

I tried other heating and air companies but no one could give me a straight answer,my daughter who had a new system put in by Doug and his crew told me to give them a call well to make a long story short they came over fixed my problem new exactly what they were doing very professional and explained everything to me.I definitely would recommend them to my friends.

Firstly, they fit me into an already packed heat wave service schedule. I just moved to town, so I appreciated that. The AC problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Communication about the issue, potential solution approaches, as well as other feedback about the system was direct, understandable, and with appropriate detail. Service manner was friendly and upbeat. Highly recommended.

I looked around for a company that could install a steam boiler for my apartment building in Salem. It was hard to find a company with demonstrated experience.
I had Doug from Rescue Force come out and access things and give me a quote. He was nice, professional and know what he was talking. The quote was very competitive.
They came out on the assigned day and got the boiler installed. However the guy doing the install ran into a problem and had to come back a second day. This was fine since it was still summer time. They scheduled a second day and the first guy came out and troubleshot

I do not write reviews. But I am writing one as honest as I know. I want businesses to make money so they can be available when we need their services. Dishonesty and false services are disgusting. I do not know the payment game plan of the technicians working at Rescue Force Heating and Air. But, it appears transparency and honesty are lacking. Businesses are to make money and I believe they should. Rescue Force Heating and Air Personnel #1 came with the agreement to review if a new AC. No agreed charges before coming. but he got back to his office and invoiced a charge because he tightens a screw
