He also arrived early for our appointment.

Very polite, showed up on time, worked all day with only one short break to complete the job in one day. I had two skylights he needed to custom fit and he did a great job. Followed up with me a week later to see if I had any questions or concerns. I had one concern and he came right away and took care of it; Great service!

Fredi and the crew at Better Construction do a great job. He was responsive, gave good advice on materials and was fast. My roof is on a row-house that is difficult to access in downtown Albany. The crew was great to work with and did a quality job. I trust Fredi and would recommend Better Construction to anyone needing roofing.

Fredi and the team did a great job on our roof replacement. They came in with the lowest quote compared to other contractors with the same product and came in on-budget. The team started on time that morning and worked diligently to replace the entire roof in a single day. Fredi even corrected a siding issue that was causing some water damage by an entry door. We would highly recommend Fredi and Better Construction Services to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

Freddie and crew showed up on time, no nonsense, no problems. Best price, excellent work, excellent clean up.found only one nail in yard.They went above and beyond to protect the wife's flower garden when other companies wanted us to move them.two weeks after new roof, storm blew thru and knocked down a dead limb threw the roof.called Freddie and it was repaired the next morning .

Freddy was great. He gave us a detailed estimate that was the best priced. We thought approx 15 sheets of plywood would need replacing, but they only had to replace ten. Freddy gave us a good price per sheet ahead of time. Freddy also fixed the venting on our bathroom fan. The team showed up at 7am and were done by 1p. They were really thorough in the cleanup. The price came Better than I expected and the experience was great.
