Description: Project involved large scale underground utility replacement. SPR installed over 9000 feet of communication lines, 3400 feet of water lines, and over 6000 feet of sewer lines. Description: SPR was contracted to return a building constructed in 1939 to its original look. This restoration included demolition and abatement, as well as new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, masonry, fire protection, and underground utilities.
