The Duct Masters(R) cleaning process begins with our highly skilled technicians arriving at your home or office at the scheduled time in our well-equipped truck.
Our equipment includes a 350 pound 31 hp gasoline powered vacuum with a 10' tall filter bag to collect the debris, a powerful 175 psi truck-mounted compressor complete with air hoses, a hurricane whip system, power nozzles and brushes to ensure ducts are scrubbed clean, and our EPA registered deodorizing solutions to help eliminate odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi, yeast and algae.

Roger and his son are great. I was having an issue with my HVAC system and called Roger, not knowing if they could help. Roger patiently took time to talk through the issue with me and made several very helpful suggestions, and even advised me to wait to use their service until I resolved the issue. They were honest and did a great job at our home when I hired them to clean the ducts. Small, family owned, honest businesses are the gems that make services like Yelp so useful. Roger’s son Chad came with coworker John to clean my vents after bathroom remodeling. They were fantastic! This is the second time I have used Duct Masters and I highly recommend them for vent and dryer vent cleaning. They are efficient, professional and personable. We wanted a fresh system to kickoff spring in our first home and we found duct masters here on Yelp. The owner, Roger talked me through the process in great detail which showed how much pride these guys have for what they do. The guys showed up on the day scheduled, early, and did a walkthrough the house with us and gave us professional insight into our HVAC system. Chad and Dylen were extremely polite and professional. They are not the quick and cheap vent cleaning service. They are worth every penny, if you want truly clean vents. They arrived on time and explained the process. They were considerate enough to remove their shoes, lay down tarps, and rugs to keep my house clean during the process. They worked straight through for over 5 hours and even sanitized the vents. Clean up was very thorough. They did a great job! I was very happy with the service that Duct Masters provided. The entire team was very hard working and worked well together. Roger described the entire process in good detail when I called for a quote. He was upfront about the cost and there were no hidden charges. They arrived on time and got straight to work. I'm so glad to find this local company and I could verify the positive reviews here are true! Roger, Jeremiah, and Dylan spent hours cleaning ducts throughout my house and they did a fantastic job. Roger was great at his communication - explained the whole process and provided an honest quote upfront. Jeremiah and Dylan were very friendly, courteous, and respectful to your property. They paid great attention to details and the cleanup after the job completion was meticulous.

Highly recommend Duct Masters! Our house was built in 1978 and when Roger and Chad came to clean our ducts they told us they had NEVER been cleaned before in the lifetime of our house. Yikes! Clearly, we needed this project done. Roger and Chad were very thorough, friendly, kind, and responsive. Ductmasters has cleaned the dryer vent at our smaller house for years, so it was an easy decision to ask them to thoroughly clean all the HVAC ducts in our new larger home. They did a complete cleaning on ductwork that had likely never been cleaned! They explained the process, the huge volume of dust, crud, etc. the system collected (which you could see fill up in the vacuum mechanism as it ran), and how they sanitized inside the cleaned ducts. I had been shopping around for a company to clean my air ducts. A neighbor of mine recommended Duct Masters. When I called, Roger talked me through exactly what their process is. He took the time to make sure I understood. Their price is definitely reasonable, especially compared to other companies I talked to. On the day of cleaning, Roger, Chad, and Steven were excellent! Duct Masters came highly recommended by a friend who has very high standards and expectations, and after reading through their reviews on Angie's List, it was confirmed that this was the company to hire for the job we needed done. I have heard many company that claim to do duct cleaning are really scam artists so I was weary of hiring a company to clean out vents as I wanted it done right. I called out HVAC company to get a recommendation and they stated Duct Masters is the only company they recommend because they do it the right way.
Chad and Jeremiah arrived at our house and spent about 6 hours here cleaning out vents. They took to time to clean each vent individually and went above and beyond what their scope of work was! They found a couple fire hazzard issues left by our previous contractor and corrected them.

I always seek to work with local companies. Its even better to find a local company where the owner intimately involved in the operations. Roger has been doing this a long time, and just by speaking with him you can tell how knowledgable he is about his industry. His crew was courteous and professional. They even took the time to show me how their process works and how dirty my vents were (we had just finished a big renovation).
