I had them come out and do an estimate for me. They did so and emailed the proposal. I accepted and asked when they could start. Days later the same person that came to do the estimate tells me that I should find another company because they're 8-12 weeks out. I said that's not a problem, and I'd like to be put on the schedule. Then he tells me that his boss told him that they, "Don't really mess with the small jobs". So they just flat said they don't want to do it and tried to refer me to a friend of his. My job was going to be $20,000. Not a small job to me.

The Lake House Story
I received a call from the next door neighbor at our lake house. She said that water was pouring from under the doors and from the sides of the house, and her husband was trying to turn the water off at the meter to stop it.
Just the week before, while having lunch, I met Richard Morgan and he gave me his business card so I called him to see if he could help. Richard and his brother, Dwight met me at our lake house to assess the damage. They put me at ease and before we departed, they were on the phone scheduling their team.
They consistently kept me informed of the process

Our house was flooded (broken water heater), and Texas Reconstructors was selected for the repair work.
