From the time I called Juan(Mgr) it was impeccable service and work. Ricky (field spvr) coordinated with Estevan to do the actual probing and remediation. I can’t say enough about the meticulous detail Estevan used to probe every possible mold area in my home. Mold cannot hide from this man.😀 this was very important to me given my wife has been ill from mold. Estevan and his crew made me feel very comfortable with them in my home. 911 Restoration did an excellent job with our duplex mold removal in Feb. 2021. Salesman, Juan Kamrath, was very speedy, professional and courteous with a nice emailed estimate of the proposed work details and cost. They sent workers out 3 different days to complete the tasks. Mike & Joe did great on Mon., Feb 22nd, setting up the protective plastic tent and hepa filter then tearing out mold-infested cabinets, removing an old dishwasher, etc. On Tuesday, Feb. 23rd, Bobby brought out another blower to get rid of residues. On Sat., Feb. 26th, Emilio & Tom scraped, sprayed & sealed affected areas

I had a bad experience with my initial dealings with another company. But then I happened upon 911 Restoration. i was very impressed with how knowledgable the project manager was for this job. I unfortunately went through the no electricity cold blast of February 2021. Without heat for over 24 hours, a pipe burst; and flooded a bedroom, bathroom, and hall. 911 Restoration came out and began immediately removing the carpet and baseboards. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry up the area. Their quick action prevented any mold issues. Jacob, Isaiah, and Bobby were wonderful to work with for the project. They were prompt, kept me informed at all times, and were just great guys. I don't hesitate to recommend 911 Restoration to anyone needing a quick and courteous fix to a waterleak/flooding

We had a water leak above a guest room in our home that required immediate attention. Isaih, Jacob and Bobby were responsive, timely and 100% transparent on everything they were going to do in order to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
