We used L.J. Neal & Sons to replace the windows on the front of our house 5 years ago. They were great to work with and we were so pleased with the quality of the windows that we just had them replace our sliding glass door and additional windows on the back of our house. Leo and Bridgette were very knowledgeable with helping us choose the new windows, since we were making some changes in style from our original ones. The new windows look great and the quality is a huge improvement from the builder grade windows we originally had. Leo even came out on the day of installation to check on the progress

We hired LJ Neal and Sons to replace all of our windows including the basement sliders and egress. The the windows are highly efficient, good quality, and look great. They also have great follow up service. A piece of window guide became cracked so I reached out to Leo and sent him a picture. They ordered the replacement part and Leo came out to replace it himself.

The entire team was professional, prompt, and efficient. At the outset, we received a thorough explanation of our options, the costs, the alternatives, the anticipated time frame, and what would be involved. After we agreed on the project, they followed through as agreed. In a day and a half, they replaced every window in our single family house, and the patio door. Leo personally repaired our front door. They cleaned up every bit of construction debris, so that all we had to do after they left was enjoy our new windows. LJ Neal and Sons is by far the best contractor to perform work on my house. Leo and Bridgette respond quickly when I call and offer a fair market price. Leo uses the highest quality of products and his installers provide quality and clean work. LJ Neal and Sons have repaired and replaced both doors and windows on my house due to storm damage and normal upgrades. When it comes to repairing or upgrading my home I will only use LJ Neal and Sons.

It was a pleasure meeting the owners, Leo & Bridgette to get my initial estimate. On the day of installation - the team arrived a few minutes before expected (which is always a good start) and worked diligently throughout the day to install my windows & 2 sliding glass doors. All I can say is if you're looking for a window replacement company I would greatly suggest LJ Neal and Son. We purchased our brand new townhome in 2008, mind you I stated brand new. Every winter got worst and worst. In 2013 we had our first child on our way - We needed to do something! the baby's room was the coldest room in the house.... Every year we would go to Menards and put on the clear window film to get some type of protection. But with baby on the way. we were not going to do this ever again. I can't figure out how this company attracts new customers (if they do). I tried to do business with Leo Neal a year ago, but was put off by his unwillingness to come to our house, look at the bow window we wanted to replace, and provide a proposal - like nearly every other window company does. Leo's response was they would "be happy to review everything with when you are ready to move forward and sign the contrast and place your order." So, he won't come out to show the product, talk about specifications or discuss the project unless we commit to signing a contract, sight

This company did my siding on my house.
EVERY time it storms pieces of the siding falls off. I have tried contacting them over the years to come out and repair their work. Today I had a very respected restoration company come out and throughly inspect my siding. Their report was not the news I wanted to hear, but I was not surprised..... my siding looks 'wavy' and pieces are loose. Today I was informed that the siding was NOT installed properly, CANNOT be rehung because the siding was improperly cut AND damaged while being installed. I have fought with this company for YEARS to fix my

My mother called LJ this afternoon to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. She spoke to him on the phone less than 5 min and made an appointment. A few hours later she decided to stick with the first company she called. She then emailed Leo Neal Jr. to let him know she wanted to cancel the appointment.
He responded via email with this DIRECT QUOTE:
"I GOT YOUR CANCELLATION i WILL NOTIFY THE CITY AND THE EPA YOU ARE HAVING YOUR WINDOWS DONE, SO THE COMPANY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A LICENSE AND A PERMIT AND GO THROUGH THE EPA
