We conducted a full reconditioning of this property. Repair and revitalization work included an upgraded kitchen with new installed cabinets and faucets, and a redesign of the Master's bath. A fresh paint job, reconditioned lighting across the house, repair of damaged hardwood floors, backsplash and new landscaping added the desired appeal to the home.

Bert hired a plumber that caused damaged to two condo below my unit. The plumber and Bert’s insurance did not take ownership of the damage. When I requested for him to be accountable for the damages to the unit, he stopped work on my unit. He is unprofessional and does not complete his work. I would not suggest anyone to use this company.

ZMD completed a Patio project that included the removal of a tree (from a very tight spot), creation of a new patio and awning, and demo of an old fence and building a new fence. Everything was done to perfection. ZMD was responsive and professional. The crew was excellent. Very positive experience. Highly recommend ZMD.
