Blue Skye Construction, LLC is an experienced local, certified business enterprise founded in 2006 by long-time Washington, DC area residents; Bryan "Scottie" Irving, George Mavrikes, and Scott Whittier, to provide general contracting, construction management and consulting services to clients in Washington, DC.
With our staff of construction professionals, we have successfully completed projects ranging from 85 unit condominium conversations to commercial and government construction projects of all scope and size. Bryan "Scottie" Irving is the Founder and Principal Owner of Blue Skye Construction, LLC. The company operational focus is construction and development for commercial, retail, government, private and public properties. Mr. Irving provides executive leadership in the planning and strategic growth of Blue Skye Construction LLC.
