E&M has been in business in Gallia County now for over 20 years; we've made a lot of friends and comeback customers. E&M Heating and Cooling first started Sept. 13th, 1997 out of our home. In 2015 we built my office onto our home and added a shop nearby. My HVAC schooling came from Cisco Jr College in Abilene.
We stay up to date on modern products and installation practices in order to provide cost-effective, energy efficient solutions for our valued clients. E & M Heating & Cooling provides every Duct Work, Refrigeration, & HVAC Service necessary to maintain a comfortable, fully-functioning indoor environment.

Erin of E&M Heating and Cooling and his wife, Mary, were very helpful to me after we had lost power due to a recent ice storm. After installing our heating system a couple of years ago, I knew he was the right guy to call when my thermostat wasn't seeming to register after our power was restored. He was not only very helpful, but very responsive during after hours to help troubleshoot and get our heating system back in order. He and his wife are always so gracious and even remembered my kiddos! Highly recommend!

We had E&M install a new hvac unit. Switched from electric heat pump system to a propane furnace with ac. They were very knowledgeable and professional in all stages of install. We had this done in January and were not without heat at any time. Highly recommend this company.

Called many HVAC companies and either no one returned my call or couldn't come for weeks. Had an emergency that the AC had to be disconnected ASAP. Called Erin and he came the same day. When ready for AC to be reconnected, we left a message and was pleasantly surprised how fast Erin responded to come and reconnect. While here he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable teaching us maintenance and little tricks to keep it running smoothly. Very happy with his service and will use him again. Highly recommend him and his assistant

E&M Heating & Cooling professionally installed a new heating and air system in our home. Service was prompt and professional. They completed all work necessary to make sure the system work efficiently. Erin and Mary explained how to use the system and left the worksite so clean that you couldn't even tell they were here. E & M Heating & Cooling installed a new air conditioning system in our home. They were professional and gave very detailed information to help us make the right purchase. Erin took the time to answer all of our additional questions via phone call and text. I had to change the date of install and Erin was able to reorganize with absolutely no problem and even stored our equipment for us! The job site was left spotless. This company goes the extra mile and we will be using them for all future heating and cooling needs.
