I had a problem with my a/c unit. Josh worked with me on a time to come take a look at it and worked around my schedule. He was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to find the problem and fix it on the initial visit. He explained the issue in layman terms so I would be able to understand. I will definitely recommend Burnetts to anyone needing assistance with their heating/air conditioning.

On Jan 3 had a general inspection to make sure everything was working fine, and the 24th it started acting up. Blowing cold air, shutting off and on continually. The 28th was the soonest it could be serviced with only one tech. now I have a bill for labor to blow out drain which should of been caught on the 3rd or it was caused by the 3rds inspection. Hopefully they will correct this.

We called to have someone come look at our AC unit. They were able to come about a day and a half later. They arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. Josh explained things to me so I understood because I don’t know a single thing about heating and cooling. We will definitely use them again in the future.
