To say that we are extremely pleased with the effort performed by HHR on our weather related roof replacement would be an understatement. Though I was very skeptical that we would receive much support from our home owners insurance, HHR identified the weather damage to our roof, worked with us to submit a claim and documented the damage in pictures sufficiently to hold our insurance company accountable to the Ohio regulations. They basically held our hand all along the way. We ended up with a great new roof while just needing to cover our insurance deductible. HHR is highly, highly recommended

Helping Hands Roofing was the only roofing company to actually get up on the roof of my mom's house and inspect the roof and recognize storm damage. It saved her a boat load of money. They did the same for my brothers siding. I had no doubt in my mind that I was going to have them install gutter guards for me. Top notch work.They are the only company I will use from now on for exterior home repair.

Aub is the man! He was upfront and honest with everything and offered a great price for the job. We had to get the our roof repaired because the last guys did not install the roof properly. The roof was less than 10 years old. We were unable to file an insurance claim so we decided to pay cash and not take their reasonable finance option. They gave a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Thank you for being upfront and keeping it honest throughout the whole process!

It was very professional start to end experience with Helping Hands Roofing. I needed some assistance to vinyl siding repair due to heavy winds. Unlike some other companies, helping hands roofing was very prompt to provide an appointment to review the damages and provide reasonable estimate quickly. Aub (CEO) was here during the promised time frame with his team to do the repair. Team completed the repair very efficiently. We used Helping Hands Roofing to install some new mesh gutter guards for us. They did an absolutely wonderful job and offered competitive pricing! The entire team was very polite, very communicative, and took their time with the installation. They did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with from quote to finish. The installation team even helped me to salvage a bent gutter and made zero attempts to upsell any part of the process. Helping Hand Roofing did an outstanding job resolving a very challenging roof problem on my home and addressed needed repairs/replacements of several downspouts. I needed a gutter repair, which was small enough that many local companies would not even prepare an estimate for me (I found that companies typically have a threshold of about $1000, below which they are extremely reluctant to take on your job). Even though my repair job was relatively small (meaning it cost less than $1000), I wanted to make sure it was done correctly, by people who routinely repair gutters and roofs.
