When it come to roofs I will forever be going with Roof Smart and any of my family and friends that needs help with their roofs I will be sending them to Roof Smart. They are professional, work around your time. Very educated on roofs. They come when they say they come. They will even meet with your roof adjusters. In the end the roof was outstanding and I was very pleased.

After a wind storm on Mother's Day, half of the seamless gutter on the rear of the second story fell to the deck below and twisted requiring replacement. At first, I was impressed with Roof Smart because they were prompt in providing an estimate and willing to a job that another company refused to do unless we wanted to replace all of our gutters.
The first frustration was an attempt to repair a seamless gutter with a two-piece gutter, but for the same price. They did, however agree to install a seamless gutter, so I was still happy to work with the company.

Sean approached me at my house and introduced himself and explained what his company did for homeowners. He was NOT pushy and I did not feel like he was trying take advantage of me. I let him inspect my 17yr old roof and he found wind damage. I called my insurance company, Safeco, and they sent an adjuster out to look at the roof. Sean met him and they talked about the roof. The insurance adjuster called me and explained that he (Sean) did a great job at finding real damage to my roof. The process was simple and easy. Sean provided me with sample shingles to pick from for my new roof and communicated
