The crew removed a 20+ year old Bathfitter installation and aging window that had begun to leak. They replaced the old tub with a clean, new fiberglass tub and redid the walls with subway tile, adding 4 ceramic corner shelves. The window was redone in glass block with one vented block, and they added insulation to the wall. The team did a great job, cleaned up after, and were good at communicating. We've hired Paul and his crews before and will hire again!

STRONGLY recommend! They replaced the roof on our house, and I couldn't be happier. They finished in just over a day, we're very respectful, and cleaned everything up - even in my neighbor's yard! Well definitely be using their services for other jobs past roofing in the future, and you should too! Proving was great too. They really worked with us on everything. Quality Exterior and Restoration just completed our roof replacement including installing new wood underlayment, ridge vents, attic baffles, new shingles, new soffits and new gutters. We were very pleased with the results. All the supervisors and crews were very efficient and responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend them

5/20/21 I was contacted about the person not showing up. They said someone could be out in 2 hours. I agreed. He showed up, very professional, found and explained the problem.
I have to wait until a torrential rain from the South to verify but he guaranteed it was the problem. I’m upping my rating to 3. The man who did the repair gets a 5.
I gave one star because zero is not an option. I called to schedule an estimate. Andrew came and inspected the window. Everything seemed great. He emailed an estimate for repairs. I tried to reach him by email and phone to accept the estimate and schedule

Had a Hail Storm hit the house, had a feeling we would qualify for an insurance claim and Quality was the first and only call we had to make. Greg Wear was at our home in 3 days and his professional, humble and straightforward attitude were immediately apparent. Greg was an excellent ambassador to their business.
Turned out, we not only qualified for a claim on our roof, but our gutters and patio awning as well!

I had asked for an estimate on my roof as I new that it was in bad shape. Gregg came out and inspected my roof and came up with a plan to fix the problems with my roof and covered porch. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a fair price. The work was done soon after. The day that the work was being done, another crew finished a job early and they brought them to my house to assist so that my house could be finished in one day instead of two. I knew that there would be kinks in the plan, just because my roof was in bad shape, but whenever they hit one they let me know immediately and made

This review is very late. Our roof took damage in the May 2019 tornado. We talked to numerous companies and did our homework as best we could. Gregg Wear was patient, offered very neutral advice and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. He did not pressure and waited patiently while we made our choice.
