This is one amazing company! There's almost nothing more embarrassing and frustrating than to have another company come in to fix a botched job another company did. Steve with Genesis was compassionate and amazing to work with after detailing the history of my main drain pipe issue. Worst ever. They do just enough to get by. Or do under the table deals. If I wanted that type of work I'd hire somone that doesn't own a business. I want to make sure its done right and if their are any issues, I can have the reassurance to know I can call them back out. If they answer their phones or come out at all.
