Doug has been in the plumbing business for over 45 years. He served a 5-year apprenticeship with Plumber Local Union #8 and graduated in 1977 with a Building Trades Journeyman Plumbers License. He also holds a master plumber's license in Missouri and Kansas. In addition he is OSHA and Confined Space Entry Certified.
Our plumbing technicians have the licenses and certifications to get any residential plumbing project taken care of. At the same time, you are the homeowner, so we'll do our best to keep you educated on what's going on. We'll let you know best practices for your new plumbing fixture and why we're doing what we're doing.

We could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team at Stine-Nichols. Jim got us into their schedule right away, Mike came out and did a great job of replacing the PRV valve, and all done at a reasonable price. After the job was completed, Brandon followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great service and a great team.

Waking up to a flooded basement is never fun. However Stein Nicholas plumbing put us at ease. Not only did they show up in a very timely manner but they also took the time to explain what may had happened and gave us a great sense of peace. During the deep freeze in February---obviously an extremely busy time for plumbers---my water heater stopped working. They responded quickly and got it repaired within hours. Bill was very pleasant and professional, patiently answered all of my questions, and worked hard. And all for a very reasonable price. We used Stine-Nichols to install a freestanding bathtub in the house we moved to. From the first call, Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and so kind. We opted to purchase the tub and faucet on our own and Bill and Ryan came over the day after the tub was delivered to start the project, which took less than 24 hours to complete.
