My husband and I recently converted a laundry room into what we call a "spa" because we added a soaking tub and stacked the washer/dryer in a closet. Ryan and his team took on this project with great enthusiasm and made many very helpful suggestions as to how we could maximize space in what is a small footprint. My husband and I wanted to add a wall in a large bonus room above our garage, in order to create a second office space. We also wanted to add recessed lighting in both upstairs spaces. I was really pleased with my experience with Ryan and Housing Solutions. I renovated an old bathroom and it required extensive plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work in addition to the tile and flooring etc. They did a really good job. Ryan was very easy to work with, straightforward and clear. He kept me informed and listened to my input. He watched over the project carefully and responded quickly to me. I will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them.
