Midwest handles all of my portfolio and my personal home. They are responsive and offer great service for a responsible cost. Roxanne is great to work with and addresses things as they come up. Jared is the greatest. 5 stars all around. He always is so pleasant. He has great communication and is very understanding of the needs here at my property. I have had other great techs from the company to my property as well and have had no issues. When I took over my 216 apartment complex roaches were a huge issue. This is no longer the case thanks to Jared and Midwest exterminators.
