We start by protecting your home with tarping and decking so we don't cause damage to your windows, screens, doors, siding, ac units, pools, landscaping and more. Call us before or after your roof is replaced and we will take a look at both your roofing system and current estimates if you have already gotten them, and tell you exactly what they are missing for your roof needs.
We start by walking the perimeter of the property to check for collateral damages that may have occurred during the storm. We will then compile our photos and create a detailed report of our findings to send to your insurance carrier and assist the insurance adjuster on their inspection. We will inspect your attic to insure your home is properly insulated according to city code and manufacturer specifications.
We make sure you get the best work possible, if the entire room needs to be painted to match, we will work to get that approved. If the drywall is soft there is a chance we will have to replace the drywall vs. spraying Kills (to kill any bacteria/ mold growth). If your wood floors are damaged we will work hard to make sure you can never see the difference after repairs.

From the get go, Chance and his team are some of the most professional roofers I’ve worked with. After 10 years selling residential real estate I’ve seen a lot on job sites. Chance is highly communicative and his skills parlay nicely from his previous career as an insurance adjuster. He knows what to look for, how to communicate with the homeowners insurance agent & adjuster. Not to mention the speed at which they can install / repair roofs once insurance has approved the work being, in my opinion, industry leading. He is my go to roofer and work with him every opportunity i get! 10/10 would

Mullin's General Contracting Review
We have been in a remodel using this general contractor. There were two phases to this remodel, we received the estimate on the first phase and had to beg for the estimate on the second phase. Both of these estimates should have been sent at the same time.
During the remodel of the first phase, it's a struggle to get information on items that the contractor is supplying for this remodel. For some reason the project manager doesn't seem to have any urgency about getting us material component information.
We had work done under the crawlspace

Mullens roofing and construction is a roofing company of integrity and honesty! I was so weary of allowing a roofer to do my home, but when I met the owner Chance Mullen I knew what he represented! So with that the company did a great job and continues to check if any problems and I have not had any! Great foreman in Hunter, great communication and workmanship. I was very impressed with Mullins General Construction from the very beginning. Their office staff answered phones quickly, were polite, and professional. Antonio was the project manager for my case, he did an excellent job. He took the time to hear what I needed, was quick to schedule, and followed through on my special requests. His crew did excellent work and stayed flexible with me regarding my changing schedule. Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Antonio at Mullins General Construction, they're excellent communication and organization made this process very easy for me.

Mullins is a one of the best roofing and construction companies out there! Hunter is great to work with and has 100% satisfaction with our clients. We get tons of roofers coming in our doors to solicit referral business and we will only use Mullins. No gimmicks; they follow the law (super important!), and always honor their work and respond swiftly with our adjusters. I recommend 100%, and know they will always be on time, offering competitive prices, and follow up on warranty work. We use them ourselves and couldn’t be happier!

Our roof looks awesome! Chance made the entire process so easy, from the insurance claim to the installation. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I have never seen such a well organized and efficient process. Our roof was completed in less than 2 days. They carefully covered up our entire yard with tarps to ensure nothing was damaged and picked up any debris during the process. Very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend and will use them for any additional work we done in the future.
