Phillips/May started from humble beginnings - with a mentor and a mentee who believed that the American Dream of building a solid company from the ground up was possible. After three decades, our mentorship model continues to fuel our success. Founding the company on traditional construction values, Gilbert May and Gil Phillips formed Phillips/May to provide interior finish-out services.
