Roof installment is a very large project and without a doubt, your home will become a construction zone - even if only for a few hours. Our team prides itself in fast, quality workmanship, but we understand the inconvenience of having your entire home overrun by our crew. That's why we have created a list of useful tips to help you prepare to undergo this project, both mentally and physically.
This completely depends on the architecture of your home (e.g., single story, two story, steep roof, flat roof, etc.) and the quality of shingles you are wanting or needing. Each insurance company is different, but most insurance companies want 8-12 "hail hits" in a 100 sq. It is best to call a qualified roofing company first to verify whether or not you need to call your insurance and file a claim.

I have used Purdy Holmes (Paul Holmes) for 2 projects. The first was an entire home remodel. The project went seamlessly from start to finish. His core crew has been with Paul for over 10 years, and his subs were excellent. He committed to a timeline, and followed through, meeting the deadline for my move in! The workmanship of his crew and subs was very good, he was in close communication with me throughout the project and I am so thrilled with my newly remodeled home, it is beautiful! Paul installed a new roof on our historic home in Lakewood. The process and communication was seamless and his price was outstanding. The project was complicated due to the age of the home and the rot below the surface of the roof. Paul went above and beyond to not only install a new roof but also repaired other areas of the structure to ensure we would not have future problems.
