Ordered and was charged $299.99 on Nov. 11th. Was told it would ship Dec 28th. When I emailed to check on my order, I was told that they would need to charge my credit card an additional $60 to cover the shipping costs because of COVID and that my cover hadn't even been started. I think this is a scam

Buyer beware as "Free Shipping" doesn't mean free shipping. Expect an email from them telling you there is an upcharge because of ...."fill in blank". Take a look at the Better Business Bureau page for multiple different versions of their story. On the brighter side, they quickly gave me my money back, hence 3 stars instead of 1.

BEWARE of this company. I think they may be fraudulent. Serious delays, then gave me shipping info for a different customer. Still can't tell me when the spa cover I ordered months ago will ship...all this after they charged me extra to ship due to 'COVID delays". I would not recommend.

Took my money offering free shipping, then all of a sudden it was 65 bucks more because of shipping costs! Got a refund but website still offers free shipping. Terrible way to try and earn business

First do not do business with this company absolute terrible. I ordered a custom cover via their website and paid all fees that were quoted on website with order $334.98 on 5/15/21. On 5-28 inquired on status of cover and they said 30 to 35 days. I ordered 5-15 so late June?? They responded to my email saying no July 4th week,,, Okay I am stuck will wait, On 7-4 Debbie Smith responded again for the company saying she will check with shipping pretty nice they responded on the 4th. No response so I emailed 7-7-21 and they said so sorry for the delay but thats just business today we can give you your

Ordered a spa cover and was notified they wanted to charge me an extra $260.00 in shipping because of COVID and me being in a “difficult location”. I have had numerous truck deliveries without issue. To try and charge me that much is outrageous resulting in me canceling my order.

I ordered a new cover in September with the understanding that it would ship in 20 days. That is "business days" by the way. Read the small print. I didn't. When it got pushed out to 35+ business days I demanded the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. Which they did. The problem I have with them is that it went from 20-25 days to 25-28 days to 30-35 days ... maybe every time I contacted them. Got lots of excuses "due to the covid issues" but they should just be honest up front. And I should have read the BBB complaints BEFORE I placed the order. Lots of similar complaints.

BEWARE THE FINE PRINT...AND BEWARE THEIR INTERPRETATION OF THOSE TERMS...AND BEWARE THAT THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENTS. The week after I placed an order which was accepted by them and charged against my credit card, the President of the firm sent me an email indicating that the price was going to go up by almost 25%. I gave him every opportunity to honor our Purchase Order agreement but he insisted that I pay an extra $80 for "Free Shipping". They ultimately cancelled the order wasting half my day taking measurements, and placing the order.

I don't have any idea what some of the negative reviews are about. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Stonewood Manufacturing again and again. The ordering process was easy and went smoothly and the communication with Kevin from the Company was stellar! He even emailed the day I ordered, which happened to be online on a Sunday, to let me know that they recommended the next level of foam insulation for my area. Impressive customer service from start to finish! Quick and reliable and I would highly recommend!

My situation is that I ordered a hot tub cover and Rock it cover lifter back in April As I started to fill out the online questionnaire with the sizes there was a box to see if they already had made one for my mfg/model and I could skip a lot of the verification. Sure enough there was a Master Spa Legacy series listed ( One size only) , so I ordered it . Shame on me for not checking because it turns out the Master Spa Legacy is made in both an 8 x 8 and an 8 x 9 and I ordered the incorrect one. When it showed up and I realized the mistake I contacted the merchant who basically told me tough luck
