Alto Sewer Service has the ability to pump several industrial and commercial applications. It is important to regularly maintain your catch basins and traps to insure the rest of your plumbing will continue to work properly. Ask us about our monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance programs to insure your plumbing is working efficiently and properly.
All drainage lines in your house or business connect to one pipe before leaving the building or structure. This pipe is called the main sewer line or main line. The main sewer line is usually a 4" or 6" pipe that takes all the wastewater from the building to the city sewer or septic system. From time to time this pipe can clog up and when this happens you will start to get sewage backing up into your home or business.
High pressure water jetting is the method of cleaning sewer & drain lines using high pressure water. An engine powers a high pressure water pump that produces water under pressure. Water from the high pressure pump is delivered to a hose reel containing high pressure jetting hose matched for the pressure and flow of the system.
Alto Sewer Service is a licensed and bonded Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) company that maintains septic systems by pumping, cleaning, and maintaining the tanks. We also replace pumps in pump tanks and waterjet drainfields. Periodic removal of the solids in septic tanks will ensure long-term service of the SSTS.

Natalie was the dispatcher answering the phone. Very professional and said she would send someone out right away. I called at 9:55 and had someone at the house in 1/2 hour. Cody was who came out. My main drain had clogged and backed up into the utility sink. Not a pretty job but he was professional and got everything taken care of. I thought the price was fair for the job and there is a 6 month guarantee. I appreciated that he was clear about the steps he was taking also.

This company was sent by my warranty company. They unassembled my pipe under the bathroom sink and could not reassemble it. They told me to call the warranty company to send a real plumber to fix it. Of course the warranty company will not. After leaving messages for 3 days I finally spoke with someone from Alto. They were extremely rude and said that they did not intend to call me back or to send anyone to fix the pipe. I was shocked! They told me to hire a plumber and it's not their problem. Do not let this company into your home! Pay out of pocket for a better company if necessary

I bought a house within the last month and have had some sort of main line blockage, that caused my basement bathroom to flood. Alto came out 3 times to try to fix the problem and it would last a little while a but with in a month I've had my 4th flooded bathroom. When I have called them to get the work done for the 4th time they told me they couldn't get out there for 2 days and the last time they didn't find anything. They refused to standby their work and told me to call hsa to get someone else out there. Because of this experience I would not recommend them.

Service member showed up to our house. He cracked the pipe going to my main sewage ling from my slop sink in my laundry room. The Serviceman left without fixing my drain after he caused a leak. That leak has been ongoing for over 24 hours now. No further contact has been made from Alto and my HSA is showing a completed work order for a job left unfinished.

We were having issues with a pipe backing up, and the tech identified it as a Main Sewer Line issue. He was very courteous and respectful, and given COVID, wore PPE at our request. After the job was complete, there was quite a mess behind, and he didn't leave until it was all cleaned up, making sure our home was in better condition than when he arrived! Above and beyond, highly recommend their services.

A few months back my elderly mother had them come out to unclog her drain. My dad recently passed away and she had to immediately leave town after this "repair" for a few months to clean up his property. She came back home and finally had her washing machine hooked back up as it was also inoperable, and the plumber informed her that her drain was clogged. SHE HAD NOT BEEN HOME SINCE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY UNCLOGGED BY THIS COMPANY. She called to let them know that the drain was not property unclogged and she was informed "sorry, there is a three month warranty on the repair." She told them she has not

Amazing. I called at 11:00pm following a holiday week. Phone answered right away by a lovely woman, who had a plumber call us in less than 5 minutes. Steve was to our home and started working in less than 20 minutes. He knew his stuff, so friendly, and fixed our problem right away. Highly recommend.
