We were in a situation that needed to be fixed rt away and Joe did a great job but when we called ask price and availability the owner quoted a price but when Joe finished the job it wasn't the price the owner quoted it was almost twice that amount we were not told that that service charge price was just to walk thru my door the work that was done was on top of the service charge
Meaning after 6pm on a Sunday was 250 to walk in my door and another 219 on top of that to snake my floor drain. Wow what a shock that was

Late in the evening I realized that our main sewer line was clogged. After reaching out to Gopher, they dispatched Oscar to our home to fix the problem. He worked quickly, but was also very thorough. He answered all of my questions and was polite and professional throughout his entire time here. Highly recommend these guys.

I called Gopher to come out and fix a clogged kitchen sink. We thought we had it solved - and suggested we do a main clean out to be safe in the near future - but a few days later it started backing up again. The same technician was back within a few hours and we decided to start with the main drain clean out. Things got a little complicated when the snake got stuck on a nasty ball of roots, and we ended up with 6 guys out to my house to fix the issue to completion. These guys could not be any nicer or more professional. I was truly sad to see them go! They made sure I understood what the options

I called at 9pm for a clogged main drain and asked for service as soon as possible. Joe Stromberg and Caesar were at my door at 750am and ready to work. I have worked with at least 5 or more drain service companies in the past and Joe was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, hard working tech I have met. Gopher will be my call every time for all my plumbing needs. I recommend that everyone do the same.

I requested a cleaning of my main sewer line. When he got there he said he couldn’t do it with the standard tools so we needed a camera inspection to see what was going on. Then he said I needed hydro jet cleaning, which he said would cost $1200. They did the hydro jet and it did do a good job of cleaning the roots out. But then they charged me $1638, saying I had to pay for the first attempted cleaning that didn’t work and the camera.

I had called at 3pm on a Friday fully expecting to have to make an appointment for sometime the following week to get the sewage back up unclogged. They not only came that Friday within a few hours of contacting them, but had stayed after hours to help out. Very friendly, efficient, and gave sound advice for if something wrong happens in the future. Highly recommend!

We hired Gopher to install faucets, toilets, a dishwasher and a new vanity unit. It took a little longer than anticipated to complete the work. They had to come back at a later date to finish what they didn’t initially. However, they were very communicative, and made sure they had all of the right tools for the job. Pedro, Eduardo, and Oscar are all careful with their work, and they made sure I was happy with the job. I’m pleased with their service and quality of work.

Had to have them out several times over the winter. I had just bought my home and the flip that I bought was a little messy. They did a fantastic job to go above and beyond, give great service while being prompt. At this point, I trust them to have fair pricing and do great work so when my office building called in another plumber that was over-quoting them, I called Gopher instead. They were a quarter of the price and came out immediately. I can't imagine going with anyone else at this point!
