These people deserve no stars! I can’t believe they’re still doing business. The owners have been the subject of investigation by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Miami Dade County Division of Contractor licensing

Code Compliance Division had several open cases against them filed by customers who lost money to these people. I was one of those customers. We had to appear in court! They take your money and forget about you. I had to file a complaint in order to get my money back. Don’t use them.

Good work designing and installing, but terrible customer service after work was done. This company failed to pulled a permit even though his business legally requires that a permit is pulled. When we asked for help, no response for weeks! This has been the worst experience we have had with a vendor in south Florida post job completion. This company's last of support may require me to tear down awning for no reason because they will not help gather the required paperwork needed to pull the original permit!

SCAMMER! Proceed at your own risk. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Google doesn't allow even 0 STARS. They take your money and NEVER show up. NEVER return phone calls. NEVER do what they say they will. Always one EXCUSE after another. If you do business with them, no other awning company must have answered their phone. PATHETIC business.
