I have dealt with this company in the pass and they had provided an excellent service. Last week I contacted them to redo an awning they have built for me back in 2009 and built another small one in front of my house.
As per they request I did sent via text message the pictures they requested and a request for confirmation they have been received.
2 days later I wrote to them asking for a status and just got a reply saying they make 2 to 3 days to get me a quote. So sorry but I can't not wait that long just to get a quote.

I have been doing business with Miami Awning for over thirty years. I wanted to replace an awning but after hurricane season. I gave them a deposit an on the first week in November they called an asked when it would OK to make the installation. They did a great job! They are prompt and very competent.

They do exceptional work and have been around forever.
Major negative is cost of removal and reinstall before and after a major hurricane. In this respect, it seems they do not respect or value their customers. Poor judgement & questionable ethics.
Had a perfect reinstall done after Hurricane Irma by another company for less than half quoted by Miami Awning (the original fabricator and installer)

My mother hired Miami Awning in 2008 to replace her porch awning. She was happy and satisfied with the work and based on this would recommend and use the company again. Fast forward to 2016, due to leaks in the roof she hired a roofer to complete the repair work. The company notified us that there was an open permit on the home from 2008 and would not be able to begin the repair work until it was closed. Hence my most recent contact with Miami Awning and Serene Gato. Serene is a credit to her company and Miami Awning, she explained the process to me what needed to be completed in order to close
