Landscape Architecture encompasses the analysis, planning, design and management of natural and built environments for residences, parks and recreation, streetscapes and plazas, campuses, monuments, corporate sites and more. The first phase is site planning. This consists of the analysis of on- and off-site conditions, existing structures and plant material and the client's objectives and budget.
Calculating of the ground shaping and ensuring the integrity of our design features is the responsibility of our engineers. Our engineering department takes the design created by the landscape architect and general architect and creates the necessary plans for construction and permitting. First we create the zoning sheet which calculates useable space, set-backs and other pertinent information to ensure that township and state ordinances are met.
The project manager is essential to the success of any project and is responsible to the client for delivering a top quality project on time and within budget. The project manager is also responsible to the project team to define roles and establish clear channels of communication to enable all parties involved to perform their job effectively.
