A neighbor had recommended their work, but I chose Bracken to replace my roof because of Taylor West; I got a sense of his honesty and humility during his initial visit to our home. He and his associate took the time to properly understand and assess the need, and even made an improvement suggestion that none of the other considered roofers had. I don't write many reviews, but feel compelled to share what it quite possibly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Taylor West is by far one of the most honest and communicative people I've ever worked with. I never once had to call him for an update - he called me and kept me in the loop almost daily. The crews worked diligently and did a great job, we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have roofing and gutters replaced!!

Dean helped us with our roof replacement and was extremely helpful. He explained the process with me and it went as planned. He was on site before, during and after install to be sure everything was satisfactory. Although the crew used tarps to contain the debris falling from the roof, he still came after them with a magnet for lost nails. He left the ground cleaner than when they started. Dean represents the company well and we will definitely recommend him in the future.

Had a great experience with Bracken Roofing for our new roof. This is the first roof we've ever had to purchase so we were new to the process. I felt like everything was explained thoroughly and completely. They also kept us up to date on the progress and any changes that needed to be made.

Bracken provided roof replacement, damage repair, new soffits, new fascia, and new gutters. Excellent work! Every crew was friendly and helpful. They did more than the minimum in that they pointed out problems as they found them and were willilng to work with us to get them repaired properly both aesthetically and mechanically. Taylor was excellent about keeping us informed about what was happening every step of the way. Our whole interaction with Taylor and the rest of the team that took care of us from scoping the job to finishing it went smoothly.

Travis Bracken did a thorough job of making repairs to fix a leak issue and providing preventative maintenance on potential problems unrelated to my leak. Cost was reasonable, service was friendly and professional. When my roof gets to the point of needing replacement, I'll call Bracken Roofing & Gutter!

Taylor West went above and beyond taking control of the damage caused to my entire home from heavy hail. Dealing with everything from subcontractors to my insurance agency , I had little to do but watch him repair my home more quickly than all the other competitors in my neighbourhood. Additionally, his crew discovered prior damage that would have gone by unnoticed. Taylor ordered the repair at his expense. A true honest work ethic is what Taylor West brings to Bracken Roofing and Gutters. Thank you Taylor and crew.

Dean was suggested to me by someone in the real estate industry and I found him to be courteous, polite, communicative, and professional. I needed a formal written assessment of a roof for a property we were looking to purchase and Dean delivered both the assessment and the estimate for repairs I had requested in a timely manner. When he was unable to deliver the email to me on the date promised due to a power outage at his business, he proactively communicated this to me and let me know vs leaving me to wonder. I will be using him for future roofing needs and recommend him!

I had a leak in my roof that one company said was a couple of loose staples, yet wanted to charge me $400 for. Another person tried, but couldn’t find where it was leaking. I called Bracken, and he found and fixed the problem for much less than the original company I called. 2 days of off and on showers here, and my ceiling isn’t even damp. Yay!
Dean was also very personable and flexible with scheduling. I would definitely use this company again.

Bracken Roofing is a FANTASTIC company!! We worked with Dean Walker - HIGHLY recommended!! With all the storms and high winds, they've been super busy and backed up but Dean kept us updated on when we'd have our new roof installed. And did I mention, they've got the lowest prices around??😲 ... just awesome!
