I used Carlton to take down a chimney that was in poor repair and leaking. Quality of work was good. If you use this company, I would encourage you to get clear payment method expectations in writing prior to service.
** I initially had left a harsher, more detailed review, after which the company reached out to apologize for the miscommunication. My experience was not great, but I do believe based on the phone call I received that the company does have a heart to give a positive experience and learn from mistakes. I feel more comfortable to try to use them again in the future.

I used Carlton to take down a chimney that was in poor repair and leaking. Quality of work appears good. However, I left initial conversation thinking they would trust me to accept a personal check at completion of work. We had discussed her preference to use PayPal or Venmo; Venmo I did not have and PayPal charges a fee so I told her I preferred not to use those. At completion of work, I received a message advising me to complete payment via Venmo or PayPal by end of day.
