We were driving from Fort Worth and ran over something on the highway. We decided to stop here to get our car checked out. The guys at the quicklane were so awesome! So caring and empathetic! They checked out our vehicle assessed the damage and had us on our way for our trip in a matter of minutes. There customer service is amazing! Even offered us drinks for the road.

They have a "Quick Lane" service. They won't take appointments for an oil change. I showed up on a Friday morning at 11:00 and was told it was a 2 hour and 40 minute wait. It was the same story my last time. They actually did take an appointment on the Ford Pass app last time but then refused to honor it because it was a mistake on the app. Instead of just making excuses - start taking appointments. Their customer's time is valuable. We make appointments for Apple Store, doctors appointments, haircuts, & vaccines. Oil changes should be no different. They either need to start

The service department at Johnson Brotjers Ford in Temple has always taken good care of me, but Scott goes above and beyond. I was driving on a slow leak for months with no time to get the car in to the shop when I no longer had a choice but to get new tires. Scott helped me research best prices and have a plan before I even got to him. I had a 30 minute window to get the car dropped off and get back to work. If you want to avoid those crowded dirty oil change or tire shops, and you own a Lincoln or Ford, this is the place to bring it. We bought a Lincoln SUV from them. Every time we bring it in for any kind of service they are prompt, professional, and priced right. And, they offer a wash and vacuum with every service (of a Lincoln). The service advisors are efficient, and never try to oversell you, but are instructive in every way. Received an extended warranty notice in the mail about a faulty locking actuator which I have been experiencing myself. Decided to call and schedule an appointment a week in advance at this Ford due to decent ratings. Explained everything to the technician I spoke to online and they understood right away and got me scheduled. Took time off of work today for my wife and I to drive 2 vehicles here to drop off the truck and spoke with the technician David. Didn't look up my appointment notes or anything as he was asking me basic questions (why I'm here etc) he then asks if I am having problems

Flat tire on I-35 in Belton on a Saturday afternoon. Relatively new (2020) Ford with an extended tire warranty in force. Before I called Ford Roadside Assistance, I called Johnson Brothers and was put right through to the service department. The wonderful person who answered the phone in the service department told me that their Quick Lane could help me if I got there before 4 PM.

After I got changed to a spare, I made it into Johnson Brothers around 2. The Quick Lane team started on my Explorer immediately. While they didn't have my tire in stock, they went out of their way to find

They don't back Ford factory parts warranty. They did not provide a DEF fill which was paid for. When I called they said there was nothing I could do. When I messaged I get no reply. Ford owners may want to stay clear of this dealer.

The most ridiculous service from the quick lane this week. We have had a tire there since Monday that was supposed to be taken care of by the extra tire coverage we bought with the car. As soon as I took the tire in, Marcus said, "I doubt the warranty will cover it." At that moment I was disappointed already. Fast forward to Wednesday where I was told to call the warranty myself who then denied coverage of the tire because I didn't know what I hit to cause the blowout on I35. I brought my 17 year old granddaughter to Johnson Brothers looking for an inexpensive, reliable car. Our sales person was great, no hounding or questioning about how we were going to pay. We found two cars she was interested and we were encouraged to take them to a shop to be checked out. She really liked the 2nd care we looked at, a 2016 Ford Focus. We took it to a shop and had it checked out, we had been given the CarFax as soon as we said we were interested in it. The service was slower than expected. I was waited on immediately however I was waited for 50 minutes to have a key made. When I called about the key I was told that it would be 30 dollars. When I got the bill it was 75. I was charged 45 dollars in labor to have a key made.

Had a very disappointing experience in the service department. I stopped in there because my windshield wipers would not turn off. I was told by a service advisor who pointed to a service desk to go make an appointment. After discussing available times, I asked to speak to the service manager and was told there is nothing that can be done without an appointment.I completely understand the need to schedule service, however I also believe some offer of assistance could have been made beyond come back in a few days. I just purchased a 2019 Lincoln Continental and brought it in through the quick Lane and Brian went out of his way to help me. They ran out of loaners and I just knew that I was going to have to catch a shuttle but with his determination Brian did everything within and beyond his power and was able to get me a loaner and throughout the day kept me informed via text the status of my vehicle. He is awesome! Smitty even came up on his day off to ensure that I was taken care of. These guys are professional and awesome! Wow. So I just bought a 2018 Shelby and the front end started rattling so I took it to the service department here since it only had 4K miles on it. They sent me over to their quick lane dept who put it up on the alignment loft and found that someone had abused my new baby before I got her. Apparently someone driver her hard and fast and melted a huge hole into the front under valance- to the point that some of the rivet heads were ground down to nothingness- the valance was scraping the ground and causing the rattling. I had to use gorilla tape to keep it up and drive it to the shop.

Jillian in the service department was very professional and did an outstanding job. I'd had a break-in through my drivers side door handle. It was damaged and the door would not lock. She researched the issue, talked with technicians, gave me options and was really patient with me while I decided what to do. I'll return to the dealership just to work with her.

I have a 2006 Lincoln Navigator. The air shocks were determined to be bad and needed replacing.

They told me it was $2900.00 to do the front two and the rear two would need replacing soon so they should be done at the same time.

Since there was obvious sticker shock he offered to convert my vehicle to springs for $2100 for all four wheels

Amazon had the conversion kit for $276.00. I found Auto Lab in temple that would replace them all four for $500.

However he said that for a small amount I could get the airbags from rock auto. I had all four replaced and stayed with air shocks for $1300

Today I had a 9:45 appointment to fix a piece of trim. 50 minutes later I went to check of status and they haven't even started yet.
Why did I need an appointment?
Other days I've come for an oil change and waited up to 4 hours.
You guys really need to work on this.
Very sad because I don't want to go anywhere else.

What a great experience! I've worked in the industry, so I get it. I know what to expect. Not my first rodeo. That said: Kevin is great. He knew exactly what I wanted before I even got there. Finance manager Jon made it such a transparent experience, explaining every detail along the way.
