After reading many review this lots seems to be absolute junk. I will not buy my sons vehicle from a shade dealer that scams steals amd cheats customers out of money. I found very interesting that the company only replies back to positive reviews and does nothing to help those that are scammed. I have not worked with them directly but this raises many red flags and not been wrong a a review yet. Please proceed with caution when going here. My recommendation is goes less where and find a deal that splashing behind what they are selling. Money seems to be a bottom line here.

I had a good buying experience with Walter however I am disappointed I was told my window would be fixed since it was broken when we bought car. I called many times given the run around so becareful and check cars out before leaving lot

Excellent service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience with everyone here. The salesman listened to what I was interested in and showed me vehicles that met the criteria. The salesman was interested in making a sale but not pushy or trying to upsell. Who knew that respectful used car salesmen actually existed? I unreservedly recommend them.

My wife and I had no problems and Walter made everything so easy for us. Every question we had was quickly answered and there was no confusion. Great customer service, they go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and they make it a point not to push you to buy anything. Everyone in the Killeen-Fort Hood area should definitely give Budget a try.

My dad and i had a stellar experience :) everyone helped us out and wanted to make sure we were not only taken care of on the lot, but that we were also satisfied off the lot as well. walter was the nice gentlemen who was with us for the longest time, and i have nothing but praise for the way he took care of us. his customer service was impeccable, even with him having to take care of multiple customers. i will definitely be buying my next car from here once the time comes :)

I purchased a vehicle through Mr. Walter who made the process smooth and painless and I would give him 5 stars...good Sales Rep! However the process with I’m assuming the finance manager/owner was not so smooth and pleasant. While signing my paperwork I had a question that he did NOT know the answer too and actually got an attitude about it, he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills!!

Mr Walter is an excellent salesman. He didn't push anything onto us and was up front with that we were getting.
My wife and I purchased our second car ever with him.
It was easy and he even helped us understand how percentages and financing worked.
We ended up going through NavyFed, but it was basically hassle free working with him.
My wife loves her new Ford and I'm glad we finally have two cars.
