Justin and his partner arrived about thirty minutes behind schedule but we received a phone call well in advance to let us know.They were worth the wait! We have a 3800 square foot home and it took approximately 4 1/2 hours to complete the job. They found mold on the vents covers in three of my rooms, and explained that I could simply replace or wash and disinfect those, as they had done a through inspection of the ducts and they were clear. I watched the process and it's quite the show! These folks were professional, friendly, and did not try to sell me any additional services. They worked

Asked for a quote for dryer vent cleaning through Yelp on Friday afternoon. Jamie responded within a few minutes, and after he asked a few relevant questions about the length of the vent duct work and location of outside vent, he gave me a flat rate price and we had an appointment scheduled for Sunday morning (!). (Only one other business responded and asked canned questions about the size of my home and the number of systems I have (?). Their quote was 50% more than Jamie's.)

What a fantastic experience! This was the first time our air ducts had been cleaned. From beginning to end, Jake and Justin did an outstanding job. They were neat, put stuff back in the home of each area they worked on, didn't damage anything in the house, and were very professional. They're a fantastic duo. I can only say great things about the service I received from Dynasty Ducts. Starting from my initial quote and Jamie being so patient with my 22 thousand questions. The gentlemen that came out Justin and Jake were polite, professional and thorough. They talked about all the steps, made sure all of my questions were answered and even removed an old filter that had fell in my system.Also, they clean up behind themselves… a plus! If you are in the market for a duct cleaning company, look no further! Jamie and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. At our initial phone consultation, Jamie answered all of my questions and was very thorough in giving me information regarding my project. We easily spoke for more than 15 minutes. Jamie and Justin were also very patient when we had to reschedule our appointment because we had a gas leak (which Jamie detected, by the way!). I got a quote from Dynasty using Yelp's automatic quote request. I went with Daniel Wells of EZ cleaning who did a great job and matched a Groupon I found for one hundred lower than the Dynasty quote. When I replied to a follow up by Dynasty I no longer needed service I got a very snarky reply.

Jamie and his team are incredible! They're extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. In addition to providing the services, Jamie was willing to explain the process and help us learn for the future. He and the team also send videos of before and after cleaning so we could very clearly see how drastically their work improved our home AC system. I never had my dryer vent cleaned. I've been in my house over 25 years. I didn't know that this is something that needs to get done regularly. Needless to say my dryer wasn't drying the clothes with one cycle. Jamie & Jason came out and cleaned the vent. What a huge difference this made. I will definitely do this yearly.

They made everything about this procedure easy. Communication was spot on - let me know what to expect - a rough over the phone quote and when he was on his way. Very professional and friendly. Was honest about where our vents were - about 60% - we could have gone another season. We chose to get them done and are pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!

I planned to get my air ducts cleaned as there was an odor when I turned the heat on over the past 2-3 years. Jaime came by, looked at my air ducts, and diagnosed the actual problem. My air ducts didn't really need to be cleaned. I appreciate that he didn't charge me and was honest about what the actual problem was. I would definitely work with his company in the future!

I contacted a few companies and Jamie the owner was the only one who came out to assess my ducts (which I admit I've never cleaned before). Great timing, as he detected mold starting to form. I realized right away that he is an expert and very honest in his work and that I had no reason to look further. I had never had my dryer vent cleaned. Jamie was came to the house within 48 hours of my call and had it cleaned out in no time! He also gave me a quote to clean my air ducts, even going so far as to recommend waiting until after pollen season based on the current condition. It is so refreshing to encounter a business owner that is not only great at what they do but open and honest about what will be the best option for my home and my family. We had an issue with our dryer not working up to speed and figured it was the duct since we had not had it cleaned in 4-5 years.
The dynasty team answered right away and booked for next day. They were running a $99 special and within no time had found the issue and explained the fix. They were super respectful and polite. Definitely would recommend again!

Jamie was very professional throughout the whole process. First, he kept me updated on the status of his arrival and showed up when he said he would. Next, he worked quickly in analyzing my air ducts and was honest in his assessment. He was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanation of the condition of my vents and he didn't try to scare me into thinking I had to do anything now and/or spend money on unnecessary services or filters. He even checked my dryer vent and explained to me the changes in new systems and how I didn't have to do anything now but to be aware of potential costs

I had Jamie out today to clean the ducts on the HVAC system. It was a very smooth process and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. I was amazed at the quantity of dust that was removed. Jamie was very thorough and communicated well the steps he was going through. I felt the price was reasonable and we received excellent value. Look at the pictures!
