They were scheduled to come at 10am. They c alled and said they will come later because they were installing another unit, which was fine. They said they would call us when they’re coming.
In the end they did not show up... they couldn’t get a hold of the technician and later the technician calls my husband and says “we don’t have a part that is missing” and that makes no sense because he never showed up...
We went with another company. It was an easy job to accomplish and the communication and answers we got were ridiculous. This should had been an easy fix but it was anything but

The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, timely and friendly. He answered any and all questions as a true professional. He explained exactly what would be done and the price was exactly as quoted. My situation was last minute, when we had a sudden cold front go through and they were able to get to me the same day. I would recommend them.
