Called for an AC service and scheduled for today between the hours of 8-12. My husband was at work and they were calling him. So he gave me the number to call and I called three times and text the number. No one answered. So I called the office and the “manager” was extremely rude. She said they came to the door and knocked and no one was home. (My car was sitting in the driveway and my dogs would have went nuts if someone knocked) I told her she was lying and I had been home all day waiting for them. My evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and I received 4 or 5 different quotes for the job. Diaz services was able to give me a very competitive quote for the work and was able to work with some additional requests. They installed a mini split and converted the evaporative cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. They took extra care and had covid protocols in place. Diaz performed a bathroom remodel and the shower tile job was terrible! Grout color was bad, tile uneven, shower drain poorly done, shower fixtures not per specified. This work took forever and what's worse, the person who lives in the house works for Diaz Services and said nothing about the quality of the work.

Our AC unit was leaking lots of water. I called in First American Home Warranty. They scheduled with Diaz Services.
Diaz came out, and looked at the unit for 3 minutes. I was standing right there, and timed it. The technician said the warranty would not cover the service. The fee is always $75.00. He went on to tell me that if he wanted me to fix it they could easily be do it, BUT it would cost 75.00 plus $250.00.
I called a competitor, explaining to him what was happening, and he told me that that was RIDICULOUS! I agreed.
At that point, I had no choice but to give him the $75.00 for absolutely

I was very nervous to call these guys, they only had one one review. I called them and they came very quickly. They had originally quoted me $500 only if that was the worst case scenario, and best case would've been $150. It was very hard to get a hold of the owner and not one of the employees could tell me what the actual cost was going to be. I however did learn my lesson, I told them exactly what was wrong with my system but I asked them to come based on what I told them, instead of paying 80 dollars for them to come out and look. Talking to him he said he quoted me worst-case scenario
