Spartak has been a welcome find for us since we moved to Chicago from Philadelphia several years ago. Highly skilled in many areas of the building trades, he is experienced in carpentry, tile & marble, painting and all aspects of remodeling. Over the years we have hired Old Town Handyman to tile our remodeled bath, repair wood shutters and doors, install a wine cellar, replace the floor and tile under a hot tub, and many other home improvements.
