Terry repaired our three year old Samsung dryer to be like new. He also gave a suggestion as to why the parts might have worn out so quickly (other than being a Samsung). The suggestion was taken to heart and our dryer dries more quickly now than it did brand new. What the dryer cost to repair is going to be recouped in utility charges, I am positive.
