This is my second appliance / visit from Val. Both times he fixed the appliance correctly and quickly. More importantly to me, he was here, identified the problem, ordered the replacement part, and installed it before three other repairing orgs could even get someone here to look at it. Dryer would not heat up and dry the towels. Called Siberia and Val came out the next day. He was prompt and courteous, knew what the problem was and fixed it all within a half hour. Would not hesitate to call him again and to recommend his company to my family and friends. Great job

I called them because my stove top wouldn't stop flickering. The person that answered recommended that I turn the fuse off and turn it back on. It worked and so I cancelled my app with them. It was a great experience that he cares more about making sure I wAs taken care of vs. Making an extra buck. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service and company!
After exchanging a couple of messages here on the Yelp website, Val was at my house within a few hours looking at our freezer. Since the part needed wasn't available, he did have to come out to our house twice. Even after that he refused to accept any extra money saying it was no big deal.
He was also very courteous and explained everything as he was working.
I highly recommend these guys!

Fridge broke. Called two companies. One could come out in a week. Another in three weeks (!). My husband called Siberia based on reviews. Someone came out the same day and fixed our fridge in approximately 28 minutes.
I almost didn't want to write a review because it seems too good to be true, and I don't want to wait three weeks (!) for a repair if too many people find out about this place. Oh! The person also texted for more info and gave a heads up when he was on his way. The best kind of customer service IMO. But also. 28 minutes to fix a fridge. Five stars!

Val fixed my KitchenAid microwave after another company couldn't. He's honest, patient, skilled and fair priced (including lowest diagnostic fee in the business). I've hired Val before for freezer and dishwasher issues. He genuinely wants to solve problems and listen to customers. Excellent and responsive communication, and punctual. Highly recommended!

Siberia Appliance Repair were excellent in repairing my LG Dryer DLGX7188RM. They have a low diagnostic fee which is nice. Overall, the repair wasn't done in one day since the control board needed to be send out for repair. Very impressed with their troubleshooting. The pricing was reasonable. In the end, the dryer was fix and working well. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience from getting a quick response on my dryer repair to getting the repair work done quickly and efficiently. Valdek, the owner, provided me a reasonable price to replace the 4 rollers on my dryer. My dryer was making an annoying, loud, rattling/rumbling sound that was deafening to the ears. After Valdek replaced the worn rollers with new ones, my dryer sounds like when I first bought my dryer.

Do you know when you talk to someone and you can tell right away they really know what they are talking about? This is Val. Prompt. Professional. Polite. I know now why his reviews were so good! Would definitely recommend him. Our repair was not straightforward. we had someone else look at it and thought they fixed it but we still smelled gas. That's nothing to mess around with. I almost bought a new range, I'm so glad I tried Val first. :)

My refrigerator had stopped dispensing water, Val responded within minutes, provided a quote and showed up the next day to fix it. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem - a faulty water valve - bought the correct part and came back later the same day to install it. I appreciated the fact that he came in wearing a mask and gloves.
