We were promised our dream backyard we were left with what you see. We have not seen Alvin Murry III since Labor Day weekend … we have been lied to numerous times about sub contractors coming to our house only to never show up. He will not respond to us. We have had to take legal and criminal actions against him. We gave him numerous opportunities to make it right and he refuses to communicate with us. I would NOT recommend using him.

Alvin and the team at Trophy Outdoor Environments were a pleasure to work with. We had the team design and install a retaining wall and trash pad that fit in well with our home's aesthetic design. The team was responsive and attentive to our needs and requests. The job was completed in a timely manner for a competitive price. We highly recommend this company! They are very thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to designing a pool. Alvin was able to answer all of questions, design a pool to what we had in mind and was admimit in getting us the best quality pool for a reasonable price. Him and his crew came out during the designing process and spray painted the concept of our pool for us so we could get a better idea of the size and how it would fit in our backyard. I would highly recommend working with the guys over at Trophy Outdoor Environments. The process was very easy from start to finish. There was never a point in the project where I was not aware of what was going on as they communicated constantly. In my experience communication is very key to success and I was able to get questions answered anytime I reached out. The design process was simple as straight forward. I met with the guys and told them what I was looking for.They put together a design and with a few changes we got the perfect pool. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind
