With this service, we will completely disassemble your filter, clean it, reassemble and add d.e. This service should be done every 6 months. Cartridge filters should be done every 3 months. I had this company come to my residence 5 times. They kept being dispatched through my home warrant company. I have a leak in my pool pump/motor which the tech could not find. I had to point it out to him. Tech does not take unit apart to diagnose this issue only assumes the issue of a gasket that is melt. He says he does not have the part in his van and he will have to order it. Later that day I get an email from my warranty company that stated my claim as been denied because of the tech recommendation to them. He said that my water was low and it caused the motor to overheat and melt the gasket

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WARNING! WORST customer service, rude people. They NEVER answer the phone called for 9 days through our home warranty. They wouldn't answer text even though they did first time. Our pool has turned green waiting on them and they never had the decency to let us know any update on ordering parts or when they would be back out to do repairs. IF YOU LOVE WAITING AND BEING IGNORED definitely call them. I have NEVER dealt with any company like this EVER. I had an appointment set up, through my home warranty, to correct an overheated pump. They came out, seemingly corrected that as the pump was running when they left, however, shortly after, I noticed that the pump housing was leaking... I attempted to call the company back, several times with no return call or confirmation.
Finally, the 3rd time I called, left a voicemail, they scheduled an appointment based on my voicemail, but didn't confirm it was a good time for me with a callback or anything, simply sent an email with the time.

They had given great service for the most part but now they’ve disappeared on our weekly pool service and not responded for going on three weeks. I also paid for this month and would like a refund. I can’t get a hold of them by text, phone, or email. They were fantastic last year but the year before that there was a period of about four weeks where they disappeared like this in the middle of summer. They came back saying they had been on vacation. What company goes on vacation (during peak pool season) and doesn’t leave someone in charge for customer assistance? I just don’t get it because

Our home warranty uses this company so I requested service to diagnosis damage after the freeze. Someone came out on March 30. I have made at least 4 phone calls, 4 emails as well as 3 phone calls to American Home Shield . Still no response from Cowtown Pools. I realize all the pool companies are extremely busy right now but this is really not good customer service.
I would not recommend this company.

I have a warranty company and Cowtown pools was the company that came out. At that time I ask them to give me a bid on a blower and to level the concrete under my heater. They gave me a quote that sounded good. So they said they would order the blower and fix the concrete slab at the same time. They said it would take about two weeks for the blower to come in and would call me at that time. I waited about three weeks and called them. They said they were sorry that the blower have not come in but they would call me when it did. I waited three or four more weeks and called. They acted like they had

AWESOME! I could not be more pleased with the work that Cowtown did on my pool. I had the tile and coping replaced. They were profession, experienced, reasonably priced and got the work done in 3 days! Family owned and super people to work with. Attached is a photo before, with the tile falling off and then a few photos after. So happy!

If you want your pool to look disgusting and dirty by all means use this awful company. I gave them multiple chances because they gave me excuses every time (owner had a stroke, it was windy, they hired a new guy, there were dog toys in their way) and still absolute garbage. My pool looks terrible AND I have a vacuum doing most the work. Those are 3 different occurrences.

Amazing all around. Our pool was well past needing to be resurfaced/ updated. I researched companies via Better Business Bureau and online reviews. Had several companies bid the job and decided on Cowtown. Competitively priced. Have been impressed from day one. Answered all questions no matter when I contacted them during the process. Never had to wonder what the next step was as they kept us informed of each step of process. Our pool turned out gorgeous and have hired them to do weekly service. Would highly recommend them as their service and work is fantastic.

We recently had a pool installation with Cowtown Pools
and was happy from day one to finish. Ace and Jason was here everyday
overseeing the project and the only major negative was the digging.
They were very detailed in the plans and scheduling for both ourselves
and their contractors. This was our first installation so of course I
was a nervous wreck and they both were very patient and answered all of
my questions and text even after work as well as Madeline sending me
emails for updates.
I have three dogs and Ace went out and bought the orange safety net to
keep them safe while re-bar
and was happy from day one to finish. Ace and Jason was here everyday

Cowtown pools is a family, owner-operated company. We found Ace and Madeline very easy to work with. They were very pleasant and genuinely nice people. They were very good at answering all our silly questions and addressing any concerns he had. At no point did they try and up-sell us or suggest things we didn't need. They were only interested in building the pool we wanted. (Our build was actually in summer 2017 even though I am posting this in summer 2018.)

Unfortunately, this company no showed/no call to cancel on us 3 times within 1 week regarding a service repair we had requested. We had used Cowtown Pools in the past with success but this time we received terrible customer service and will never hire them again in the future. Their reception staff was completely inept at scheduling a technician to arrive at our home on the promised date and time. Cowtown pools had incredibly poor communication and lots of false promises to follow up and be back in touch with us that never happened. They waster our time on 3 different occasions while we waited

They did a very good job installing a pool, retaining walls, fence pillars, paver driveway and paver fire pit area. They are honest people and responsive to concerns and issues. Not everything went perfectly, as you might expect with a big project, but they took care of all the issues that came up. Once they started, everything moved along at a reasonable pace and errors were corrected within days. Their sub-contractors were all real pros.
