All maids are Employees No Contractors. We pay workers compensation insurance (in case accident happens at your residence), social security, medicare taxes. For recurring cleanings we try to send the same team and you can tell them your preferences. You can leave a list for a team to read. In general we clean everything we can reach inside the residence except inside closed areas (like inside drawers or cabinets).
In the kitchen we clean inside oven, microwave. We don't clean refrigerator by default, but you can ask the crew to clean it as well. We don't open windows to clean window frames, but we clean windows from inside. All other areas inside the residence that we can reach are included and not limited to: baseboards, counters, vacuuming under bed, cleaning under rugs that can be lifted etc.
