Maids in Brown is an amazing home cleaning service! Their attention to detail is phenomenal. Every inch of my two bedroom / two bath condo was shining. We have a dog who sheds like crazy and you would never know by the way our hardwood floor looks. TRUST: Both my husband and I work full-time in demanding jobs.

Standard cleaning includes bedrooms and bathrooms, one living room, dining room and kitchen. You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Echoing other reviews that there is a total lack of transparency on the pricing - particularly that the $124 "standard cleaning" is strictly for one hour only and that they will charge extra for "needing extra time." This was not communicated beforehand, and as such, they ended up skipping most of the necessary cleaning I needed (like bathroom floors, dusting, etc)...
$124 for one-hour is an extremely high price for an OK quality job. I will unfortunately not be using this service again.

Maids in Brown did a move-out cleaning on our townhouse at the end of the lease period. They did a great job, cleaning top to bottom and bringing it to a great state. Even cleaned the fridge and oven so that they look almost like new.
The team had scheduling issues finding the hours necessary to get the job done, but they communicated very well and took the time to do the job right.
I would definitely use them again.

The Team did a great job cleaning my apartment - truly sparkling!
My frustration came from the coordination & transparency in pricing. My original appointment was 3pm and I received a call at 3pm the day of asking if they could come another day. I understand things happen, but after receiving 3-4 confirmation emails I was a little bothered. When they came my rescheduled day, the Team was actively cleaning my apartment and I received a call that I'd be charged an extra $25 because the Team needed longer to clean (15 min). Very mindful of safety guidelines when I started engaging them a few months ago. Punctual. The cleaners are very polite and professional, every single time. Efficient. My 1-BR apartment was sparkling clean with that pleasant post-cleaning fragrance--even though they were in and out in an hour. All of that for a very reasonably priced selection of services. I'm a repeat customer.

They cleaned my home for the first time yesterday and the price point is a little higher than others but so is the quality of the cleaning. I will admit I was a little testy with the owner when she alerted me the crew would need two hours instead of one to clean my house because prior cleaning services always were able to do it in under an hour. However, after seeing it when finished I understand why. They got every crevice, dusted every decoration I own and my bathroom grout has never looked so white. The owner also worked out a rotating schedule with me on what gets cleaned each time to help

Like everyone else - I've been cautious to let people into my house unnecessarily during COVID times. Well after just feeling like I cannot live without a little bit of help for a deep clean occasionally - I hired Maids in Brown and I honestly wish I had done it sooner.

I can't recommend Maids in Brown enough. I've been using her service for over a year, and my home looks amazing after every cleaning.
It starts from the top down, and Winta is a wonderful owner. Hands on, and has a great team working for her. Winta is always responsive to a quick request, or need that I may have. She sets the standard for professional cleaning. Her crew of ladies are always timely, respectful, courteous, and do a really great job.
I truly appreciate the extra covid protection protocols she had implemented this year.

We've been using Maids in Brown for about a year now and I cannot recommend them enough. Winta is so quick and responsive via email, it's phenomenally easy to book a cleaning, and the team is absolutely wonderful -- they're so kind and leave the house absolutely spotless, all while I'm working from home and taking meetings. They've been coming to our house since the beginning of the pandemic and have been geared up with masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and taking every precaution all while maintaining a high level of service. Maids in Brown was the perfect service for our move out. It was hard to find a good cleaning service as DC has been shut down, but we were happy to easily book for the date we needed with not much notice. It was great to be able to leave a tip online and we were happy to give our business to a local company and one that pays its employees a fair wage.

After realizing that my house needed cleaning, I decided to give Maids In Brown a try! They showed up with safety precaution due to COVID-19, obviously, and got right to work. After a few hours, the rooms in my house felt completely transformed. Overall, they provided amazing service and we're very friendly and outgoing.
They were able to get my kitchen, they cleaned the stove, they got in the fridge, and they were able to mop the whole floor. They also were able to get my bathroom, cleaned the mirrors and got the bathtub!

I first found Maids in Brown through a friend when I was hosting two families for Christmas for the first time and was stressed out of my mind about getting all the cleaning, cooking, and laundry done. I loved it so much that I now have them come in once a month to clean, and it's easily my favorite day of the month! Everyone who has come to my place has been so sweet and friendly, and they do such a great job.

Maids in Brown did a phenomenal job cleaning out apartment after vacating it at the end of our lease. They were very flexible to work with as I was unable to be present during the time of cleaning. I left them instructions on where to find the key, how to enter the property, and how to leave the property. They were very accessible via phone and text and sent me images of the property once clean. They went above and beyond my expectations especially since the day they arrived, my apartment complex chose to shut off the water. They were able to clean the entire apartment with their cleaning solutions
